Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in the city of Orange in California. Alongside my amazing partner JP and the happy-go lucky dad Henry. People know me best through my Instagram account @annephung. This is where I share my tale of highs, lows, and everything in between. At the age of 1 and a half years old my family, me and my parents moved from the United States to America. If it wasn't for the hard work of my parents I might not exist today to share the journey with people like you. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I aimed to be their proudest and was a shrewd entrepreneur in the direction of achievement. My goals were set as follows: I'd attend university, find a job in a corporation then marry, and purchase a home. The lifestyle I had imagined for myself did not turn into. In 2013 I found myself anxious about going to work. job because the pay and prestige was not bringing me joy- I felt that I was throwing my time and energy for a paycheck when I knew I was meant for more. I had a passion for working out and I enjoyed getting out and about with friends. while I walked my new career path. I found my calling in personal training. I began my business in 2014. My company is celebrating its seventh birthday this year. There are a few Asian women in the industry. To be a leader in my industry and to provide high-quality coaching and enable others to achieve a happier and healthier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and help them achieve their objectives. Additionally, I aim in empowering others to achieve their dreams and goals and achieve anything they wish to do. In the beginning of my job, the passing of my mother was the biggest hit to my personal life. She won her eight-year battle with the disease. She is now resting in Heaven, and I always have her close to my heart. It is possible to learn from the world, even if we may not be able to recognize it right now. Her passing has changed my life in several ways. I truly believe that my death provided me with an opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. It was her time to embark on a new journey which gave me my second shot at an enjoyable and satisfying life. At the age of 30 I am awestruck by the feeling of being alive and in the moment. I'm not feeling that I'm just another number. When I tell the story of my experiences, it's with the intention that people are able to relate to my experiences and thoughts. In order to feel that they're not on their own. It is also a sign of real love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and is not uncommon. Also, the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have. Since death is the only thing that we can have I want you to enjoy the rest of your days and live without regrets.
